Why do I need a transaction coordinator?

As a Real Estate Agent, you well know how many steps are involved in completing a transaction between submitting an offer and handing over the keys.  Making sure those tasks are done accurately and swiftly requires coordination, expertise, and dedication.

If you are like many agents, you chose, at least in the beginning, to handle the transaction process yourself to learn and perfect the process, but also to have complete control of your customers’ experiences along the way. As you become busier you may feel that your business is being held back because there “just isn’t enough time to get it all done”.
