What geographic areas do you cover?
We work with clients around the country and will accept work anywhere in the continental United States.We work 100% remote and online so we can be very flexible.
What if I need a service that is outside the scope of work scheduled?
An hourly rate will apply for any work out of the scope of our contract.
Are my files secure and confidential?
We understand how important it is to have trust in the company that you have hired to manage private financial information.The privacy of our customers is the utmost importance to use and we do not share your information with third parties.Any data that we come in contact with will be held in the strictest confidence.

All company records are kept in which has multiple layers of security to keep your files safe.

If our agreement ends, we will return all files to you, and/or destroy them.

Will you have direct contact with my clients?
Direct communication aides in streamlining the process.You will be copied on any communication with your client unless you state otherwise.All negotiations are between you and your client.
Can you help with a transaction I’ve already initiated?
Yes, of course.We would love to help you out and take over the transaction.
Do I still have to pay if the transaction is canceled?
We understand that deals fall through from time to time. To accommodate this, you will receive 5 cancellations for free then a charge of $50 per canceled transaction will apply.
What will I as the agent be responsible for between the contract execution and close?

What type of bookkeeping do you do?

After the fact bookkeeping

Once a month service that is performed after the prior month has ended.You manage the day-to-day operations of your business.We work behind the scenes on the books recording the activity that has occurred.This includes reconciliation, review, and providing financial reports.The frequency of services and level of activity increases the base price of your service.

How does Virtual Bookkeeping Services work?

We perform the bookkeeping through QuickBooks Online and collect documents through a couple of different methods to be discussed in our initial consultation.
How do I get my documents to you?

Are taxes included in the bookkeeping?

We do not do taxes or give tax advice.We do collect w9s from your vendors, as well as compile and process 1099’s every January.Depending on the number of 1099s to be processed additional fees may be charged.
What accounting software do you work with?

We work with all versions of QuickBooks Online, except QuickBooks Self-Employed and QuickBooks for Mac.
Will you work with my CPA for filing taxes?

Yes, we work with CPA firms all over the United States.We ready the books for them.
What forms of payment do you accept?

ACH is preferred.We also accept credit card and white mail checks. A convenience fee for using credit cards will be added to the price quoted.
Will you file my payroll taxes?

No, we advise hiring a specialist for this work
When are my payments due?

If you are a monthly recurring client, payment is due on the 1st of every month.If you have a special cleanup project, which is generally charged on an hourly basis, will require a deposit before work begins. The remainder is due 15 days after the completion of the work.
Do you do any training?

We do not do any training at this time; however, we do have many clients that we guide on proper processes.
Do you give quotes over the phone?

Quotes will be given only after we have done an initial consultation to discuss and understand your needs.
